um yeah I'd say so.
if you lose drastic amounts of weight you also lose muscle. so I dont see why not.

yes you can...I know by expierience that when you do to much cardio you lose muscle and it takes a while to get the upper body you use to have back.

YES!!! If you stop using the muscle, it will just become weak and turn into fat.

dont go eating crap just stop exercising and eat a few biscuits if you wish but keep everything generally the same and cut the exercise like then your muscle will use itself up and go my friend is a girl but she had some muscle because she helps out on a farm but she quit the farm work and her muscle is gone and shes slim still so yeah lol
