Does any one know where I can download a free war game preferably worl war 2 themed an online game with other people playing against and with each other?

I don't know of any, however battlefield 1942, and call of duty are great world war 2 games.

You should totally spend the money and get Battlefield 2. Although I don't know what kind of condition your computer is, that game is most def. worth it. You can also download free patches, maps, and mods with that game, and the online multiplayer is super competitive.
As for free downloads, it will be hard to find any that will keep your interest for more than a week.
