Mufflers and exhaust

Who knows about mufflers coming out the afterrmarket side skirts are illegal

I'm not positive, but I'm confident that what you're saying isn't true. I know for a fact it isn't in california. there are noise regulations, but there's no rule against where or how the exhaust ports sit. texas is a pretty laid back state for that sort of thing, too. I'd be really surprised to find out there's a law for aftermarket muffler placement.
