It is an awesome concept and it started an entirely NEW genre of games. It's a Collectible Card Game (CCG) where the rules themselves can change as the game progresses. I used to play it years ago, unfortunately long after the alpha and beta decks came out. (Individual cards are worth hundreds to thousands of dollars.)
I collected them for several years in the '90s.

I used to play this game all the time!

Unfortunately, there's no one in my area to play with, and my girlfriend just isn't in to that type of thing.

I have a Phantom deck that would pwn you Only one time defeated while using that deck.
