Should I ask him to be more than friends?

Ok so me and my ex had mega love for eachotha Yah no talking all the time looking in your eyes makenout kinda couple and then we ended he was pissed when I wasn't pissed that he broke up with me. Today after not talking for a month I told him I was sorry for being "clingey" and I'd love to be friends. The truth is I want more. And something tells me he does to how should I go about asking him if we should be more then friends?

You shouldn't ask him to be more than friends, but you should ask him what his feelings are on having a relationship again. Maybe he just wants to be friends and doesn't want to be with anyone right now?
