Moving out once I turn 16?

I'm going to be 16 at the end of July and I want to move out. I don't actually have my own job or place to live, but I have an aunt that is very willing to let me move in with her. She and my parents have gotten along very well until they had a huge fight and my parents want me to have nothing to do with her. I love her, my uncle and I love her kids (my cousins) very much and her home is extremely nice and they are financially stable. I'm a good kid, with straight As and next year I'm doing something called running start which is something in Washington state where you can attend college classes once you're a junior and attend some high school classes too. Would I be able to move out once I'm 16 even though my parents wouldn't let me? If I just left could they do anything? They aren't physically abusive but my dad can be aggressive and yell a lot and my mom is verbally abusive.

yes they can call the cops...I moved out when I was 17, and ill tell you it sucked...suck it up and realize unless you are getting beat...you have it good

you can't live elsewhere unless you have your parents permission, or else they are allowed to call the cops on you and you can be arrested and charged as a runaway.

you have the option of being emancipated at the age of 16 which is where you legally divorce from your parents. but to do this, you would have to have legit reasons in which you would have to present in a courtroom. and being "verbally abusive" is definitely not going to be a valid reason to the judge.

get over it and wait until your 18.
