Not legally unless your parents agree to it. Even then it's risky.
You can if you get emancipated. I'm not sure on exactly how to do it...but if you ask local police stations or court houses I'm sure they can tell you how. I do know that you have to have proof that you can take care of yourself...have a steady job...and paying your own rent is a good start.
Legally, you must either be the 'age of majority' in your state (usually 18) or get an emancipation order issued by the Court...I wish you the best !!

Can I move out if I'm 17?
hi I am turning 17 in 1 week, and was wondering if legally I would be allowed to move out? im stressed out at home, I need freedom.. im ready to move on. but will I be able to rent anywhere? also will I be able to put things in my name I.e. my vehicle, my phone, etc. Thanks for the help!
