Moving out

Ok I can't stand where I live anymore. So many bad things have come outta this place and once I graduate I need to move. I live in Northern California and I want to move more towards Tennessee or Minnesota. Help?

What advice do you need? I've never been to Minnesota, but I know it's freezing there. Tennessee is beautiful but also quite conservative/religious as an area, so if you are a liberal or not religious, I wouldn't recommend it.

I need to know how I can get out of where I live as soon as possible.
