Can I move out of my parents house legally in the state of north carolina without permission at the age of 17? I have my ged and want to attend a community college in a different state

Legally, no, unless you apply for and are granted emancipation for the Court.

NORTH CAROLINA:
Age Emancipation petition allowed: any juvenile who is 16 years of age or older
N.C. Gen. Stat. § 7B-3500; 90-85.3
Age of Majority: 18
§ 48A-2
