Can I move out already?

Okay so I hate my mom like seriously hate her!! And I want to move in with my boyfriend we've been dating two years been having sex for a year now and my mom likes him. He is 21 im 16 and I want to move in with him. Im still going to go to school college job work and everything. Its not like im going to move out and be a no life. But is it a bad idea since our dating is illegal? Let me know please!!

oh ya, bad idea. And I wouldn't p*ss your mom off because she can call the cops on your boyfriend too. But I never liked guys who dated that young anyway's, 99% of the time there a loser

If you make your Mom mad she could get your boyfriend into a lot of trouble. He could be taken to jail for statutory rape. It does not matter if you wanted it because of the age difference he would be in a lot of trouble.

Ok I dont think this is a good idea, you should move out with your boyfriend possibly, when you finish high school, get your studies out of the way because they are most important, then worry about taking it to the next level with your boyfriend, and also... you should wait till your married to move in with him, but anyways, it would not look right, and someone could tell authorities, and he can be arrested. and PLUS. your ONLY 16! girl! have some fun!

This isn't a good idea, especially since your having problems with him right now. Work out your problems and then talk about it. Wait til your at least 17 to move in with him. Can you move in with anyone else? Friends another family member?
