What's the name of this movie?

Hi people! I really need help with this... I am looking for a movie but I cant remember the title ;( It was a black and white movie, old one. About a man who sold his soul to the devil. And there is a woman, she loves him so much that she gives her ...

soul instead of his. In the end of the movie the devil comes and the girl gets into the train...but this devil guy is very touched and let her go... Does anybody know it??? Please help me with this. I am loooking for this movie for years now. It was sooo romantic :P I am dying to see it wink

I know its just a movie, but the devil would NEVER let anyone go out of compassion, NEVER. he hates everyone. just dont let that movie get to your head, lol

Old black and white movies im not good with...unfortunatly...sorry wish I new like 'ty' im quite interested in seeing this movie now...but a romance one...if I find out ill tell you.
