I'm 16 years old and started planning to leave home 5 months agoe. I'm going to move in with my feonsays mum. what I want to know is this, legaly can my mum stop me?

Well in California you will need your moms approval most likely,not sure about other states,if your age limit has to be over 18 in your state,yes your mom *can* in fact stop you. I'm moving out after I turn 18,my mom treats me oddly and I can't take her crap anymore.

Yes your mom can stop you. You have a fiance at 16? You can't even spell it right, I really don't know if thats a good choice.
