take sleeping pills and sleep all the way there...you won't feel sick...cause well, you're sleeping...that seems kinda stupid to do now that I think of it...

dramamine pills.
they make you extra tired, so take a few of those a couple hours BEFORE you leave and you'll sleep there. if it wares off, it prevents motion sickness. so yes. dramamine. :]

motion sickness is when your body knows your moving, but you can't see that you are. so basically, don't read or anything. look out the window if you start to feel sick.

otherwise, sleeping pills would help too.

I used to get that a lot even if it was a 20 minute drive to sumwer

but now I leave a window open near me when I travel and I dont get motion sickness anymore

my doc sed it probably becoz after a while there is a decrease in oxygen and an increase in CO2 when you dont open a window

your brain senses this change and thats why some people get sick

I know something that works better than sickness tablets. All you need is a portable CD player with earphones, batteries and your favourite CD. I used to get really carsick all the time, until I started using my CD player. I haven't been carsick in years thanks to my favourite tunes. Try it out and you might find it solves the problem.
