Most talented band?

Which *modern day* band do you think has thee most talent?

In my opinion;
Rather Linkin Park, or Incubus.

hmmm yeah...Linkin Park..I suppose...

Muse, not just because they are my favourite band but because they dare to do something so different.

They are not like any other band and cannot be compared to another band, they are completely unique. There are no songs that sound the same as eachother or that remind you of another band.

And they do a SPECTACULAR life performance, I went to one of their shows in November and it was great. I honestly believe it sounded exactly the same as the cd, except for the roaring of the crowd.

Whereas Linkin Park (sorry) aren't that great live, he could improve his voice which means he has used mixing on the record. Which everyone obviously does, but Muse don't do it so the lead singer sounds nothing like he used to, he does it to edit and thats it.

Check them out, you won't be disappointed!!

Whoops, I meant so the lead singer still sounds like he used to, compared to other artists who do it to make THEM sound nothing like they really do.

Incubus is a good choice. The problem with Linkin Park, is they've shown NO SIGNS of progression in their career. They chose to stick with one format, regurgitating the exact same sound, single after single.

I think Evanescence does b/c Amy Lee's voice is just beautiful!! her voice inspired me..

Yeah, you're right Captain. I was actually half asleep when I posted that question. Although, im still for Incubus being one of the most talented I have heard. They are so unique from other bands, and sing about such a large variety of different things. Although some songs are pretty..uhh ;S
Haha, then then again, Brandon Boyd used to be right into drugs. Shrooms, etc.

How about Kill Switch: Engage, or Iced Earth, or Mastadon...or...or Jack Johnson and Ben Harper. John Mayer can play a guitar and craft a pop song in the vein of Paul Simon. You can say Muse, Actic Monkeys, Incubus is a great band that has grown a lot musically since their first album...Linkin Park hasn't. You can say Radiohead, Tool and seperately A Perfect Circle. Listen to some of John Frusciente's solo albums. It all depends on taste really.
