How do i know what's in her mind?

us pretty much have similar interests and we hang out for lunch and talk about our hubbies, kids, good shopping deals etc. However, since about a month ago I have been getting mixed signals from her and I am not sure whether she means something more than just a friendship. She can be very affectionate at times and although I sometimes think that she is just teasing me, therecould be more to that. How do I know what's in her mind without embarassing myself? really like to know your opinion. D.

You've known her for 2 years so I'm not sure why her behaviours would change all of a sudden? Her new behaviours must be really blatant for you to see such a difference if she's affectionate before. She teases you in a sexual way? Do you return her teasing in a sexual way? So lets say yes to these...both of you would be behaving inappropriately and need to stop. Only she is teasing this way...this also needs to stop on the job as well and by you backing away from this behaviour sends a message. You had no suspicions she was bi? Both of you are married right? Are you thinking of a relationship with her? Again that would be wrong if you are both in a relationship. So lets say...she's just a very friendly person and gives you a hug now and again...is this overt touching? I guess anything that would be considered sexual should not be happening at work and if it makes you uncomfortable you need to say so.
