Again I dont want specific answers. I just need help so I can write the essay in my own words. Thx.*** you rub an inflated rubber balloon on your wool sweater. ***
1. Based on the types of materials, identify the type of charge on the balloon.

Explain why one side of the balloon will stick to a wall, but the other side will not.
3. If the balloon is made of mylar instead of rubber, would it stick to the wall?
4. After the rubber balloon is rubbed on your sweater it can be held above a surface and used to pick up some small bits of paper. Does this prove that the paper bits were electrically charged prior to touching the balloon? Explain your reasoning.
