Little white bumps around my vagina

I have these little white bumps that look like puss but I don't think that's it. It is around my vagina and as it goes in word it getts smaller. It look likes it spreading a little. They don't hurt. They don't bust I have touched and rubed and fingered myself. But I'm still a virgin. What could it be? And is there any over the counter medication for it?

Ell: It is from shaing if you do that. It's normal. I don't know if it happens when you don't shave, don't remember, but its normal.

Sounds like it is just pimples...
