Monroe piercing

So heres the deal. I got a monroe 4 weeks ago, and the morning of the day I was going to get the plastic bar put in by the guy who pierced it for me... it fell out in the shower and went down the drain!!! this was early morning so I went to the parlor I...

got it done at, which wasnt open and it was already 11 I had class at twelve, I waited aorund for aslong as I could but they never opened and I couldnt go to school with just the bar no ball to hold it in. so I went to hottopic and got the real deal plastic earring for it. well the one they had was a diamond, round one side flat on the other and I had to put the damn thing in myself. when I took the original out it imediatly swelled up and bled alittle bit but I finally got the new post in and the little stud to go in it. the swelling went down abit but its still alittle tight and I woke up in the morning with the stud in my face!!! I popped it out but I think it tore the skin around the stud and its ugly as anything, red, and looks like it did when it was healing the first time. but it hurts! im becoming concerned I've been cleaning as I usually do but I was wondering if there was something I could put on to heal the part of the skin thats torn near the piercing that wont clog or infect it...? I plan on getting a bigger post, because how can the cut heal with the ball constantly being sucked in? any advice please and thankyou? I dont want to have to take it out I really love it!!

The only thing I really know of is to regularly clean it with peroxide since it will eat any bacteria... That's what I used when I had my ears pierced...
