How can I fix my monitor if the display is pushed to the side?

Hello, my neice screwed up my monitor one day, I have no idea how. The information and display is turn to the side. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help if you do, its greatly appreciated.

If you push a button for the menu on your monitor it will bring up different options for you to do to your screen. Depending on the model it will either have pictures of the different commands or you may have the actual directions in writing. It is similar to your menu on your tv screen. You may have to toggle the side arrows on the monitor to see which command you wish to straighten out. Hope I make sense.
