Money tree has brown spots on the leaves, why?

I have had my tree for about 3 years and it has done well. I recently replanted it because the leaves were getting brown spots on them and the the pot was very small. But the leaves still have the spots and seemto be spreading. could it be bugs or a...

fungus of some sort? And how do itake care of it?
