Get your own job get babysitters or talk to your husband and tell him that you want to save money.

Maybe have your own bank account or talk to him about wanting to spend money and give him your reasons for it.

um set up an account with his name and his work money goes in there so its up to him to look after his own money or if you dont work and live off his income setup an two accounts that splits up his money he has earned so that he dosent waste it all.
I suggest you talk to him about these ideas before you go ahead with it.
