Why is my child's deadbeat dad winning in court?

I am against the father of my son in court how come when dead beat dads are able to afford a lawyer they still dont have to pay child support?
I cant afford a lawyer that is why I have the dept of revanue on my side and still he wins why?

Sometimes when the case is shown more effectively in court, it can have a more everlasting impression on the judge. However, if the father is not paying child support and he owes, then legal action should have been made against him.
I couldn't tell you why he won the case, that is all decided in a judge or jury's head, so I
sympathize with you, I know what it feels like to lose something so big and feel
cheated, but if he still owes you, then I say get him for it.

I would obtain the ruling in writing to ascertain the courts reasoning (facts considered) in it's ruling.

Some time the courts will give the kids to the father then the mothers if the fathers can show the courts that the mother is not fit to be a mother. But if you are fit then the courts will give the kids most of the time to the mothers. See I had my parents split up when I was young and I am not married so I have no kids of my own. But I seen the my parent's paper. My dad had me and my sister because he had a good job and people to help raise us up, plus the schooling that I can go to at the time.
So I do not know if this helpes but know that there are other people in the some shoe if that makes you fill better.
