How do i get stick legs like a model?

how do I get models stick legs :/ I'm fed up of everyone else looking so skinny in my classes, and I have to look at them everyday. grr! someone please help?

Drink lots of water and excercise that will lose you some weight and dont eat fatty foods but dont become anorexic its horrible thats what model stick legs are its horrible people dont like to look at that type of figures its horrible. Instead of making yourself sick and starve yourself to death why dont you eat smaller portions of food and exercise more and drink lots of water that will soon do the trick

run 3 miles one day every week. only one day though. do leg rolls. 2 days a week eat only two apples. it worked for me!!! im a model so I got it straight from th source!!!
run 1 mile every day too.

I reccommend a book called fit for life.its by Dr diamond. Also do pilates 3 times a week. Cardio 5 times a week. Results will start to show. Just be patient and don't give up on the routine. And yes eating smaller portions is the key as well as eating lots of fruit and veggies. Fit for life helps you understand about food combinations and how your body digests things.. The better food combination choices you make the faster you will start seeing results. I am a model and this book was recommended to me by a fashion photographer. Good luck and happy health!

GO on a diet. Maybe the diet would work, and you cant lose weight in just one area, if you lose weight, you have to lose it all over, becasue if yolos weight in only one area, you might turn out like a mutan. AND BTW, if you are already skinny, dont worry about what those other girls say, lots of boys like a girl with curves, and if you have curves, go strut your stuff, now if you are way too skinny, no boy is gona wanna be wit a girl that looks like a ghost!!! TRUST ME, been there done that!

hey! well im no model myself but I know a simple way! it sucks when you try running down the street but give up on yourself right? so first find out where you feel more comfortable running gym or outdoors, next limit yourself to foods!when you go the the store resist temptations like packs of cookies etc! focus on the still yummy, low calorie foods! and also think about this.. if you truly love yourself maybe not your complection but yourself try and get out as much as possible! only you can make a differncehappy good luck! :D
