Modeling

I want to do modeling, but I'm not sure where to start.
here is a picture of me. does anyone know any GOOD agencys in the Austin, Texas area? what can I do to get started?

well I dont live in texas
but a thing you can do to get urself started is take a lot of pictures and create a portfolio of pics
show variety in your pics
try different poses
different looks
different expressions
different moods

dont just stick to one style or one pose
show you have variety

but I just talked to my agency.. and I might be let go in 2 years.
bc im not getting taller.
