Moaning while sleep??

For some reason at night when I'm falling asleep I can hear myself make a short moan noise! And while I'm asleep my mom and my sister NOW COLLEGE ROOMMATE tease me and ask do I have a man in the bed. Apparently I'm making LOUD moaning sounds in my...

sleep and it's VERY EMBARASSING! Why is that? And what shall I do?

This is more common than you realize.

As long as you're getting a good sleep, I wouldn't worry about it, but if it's something that really concerns you, then you should talk to your doctor.

It could be a symptom opf something more serious, such as sleep apnea.

My fiance also moans during his sleeps and also sometimes speaks which I think is quite cute. Like ichibanarky said it's more common that you realise. happy
