Every guy has different taste. Although every guy wants some feedback - which is what moaning is. It's letting the guy know that you are enjoying it. Don't moan if it doesn't feel good, you will only be cheating yourself and he will think he's doing a great job - when in fact he's not.

Not all guys are into scratching, you have to ask the person you are with what they prefer.

Most guys do enjoy when the girl moans but it's really based on personal preference.
