How to tell this guy i like him?

OKay so I'm about to break up with my boyfriend tomorow and I like this other guy. no one knows besides my bestest most bestest frined in the world. I'm preety sure he likes me and he is so nice and caring to me but he's dating someone for the third...

time. He is os nice to me and that's why I like him. He's so sweet and he will care for me and not go off and ask other girls out when they are dating me like my almost x-boyfriend. So what do I do to tell him I like him? Do I just say hey I like you or let him find out slowly

slow down a bit and wait for your recovery of your soon to be x-boyfriend ok
then when the times right, just tell him.
don't lay it on smooth, just say, I like you and I want to know if you'll go out with me?

I suggest you wait a bit before getting into another relationship, kind of looks bad on you going from one guy to another just like that. Also if hes already in a relationship then I don't see why you would ask him out, its not your place to interfere.

I personally like a girl with some balls to go up to a guy and confront their feelins about them. just be honest and real with him. just be like, hey, I just want to let you know that I have a crush on you...etc. usually I would feel good inside and then take it as a consideration. so yea I hope this helps!
