I've heard the position Missionary works when you're trying to conceieve a
baby
Does it work? and whats the percentage?//For people who dont know what it
is its when the women is on the bottom and a pillow under the womens hips
for the sperm to go to the cervix

as long as you are healthy willing and old enough any position should work! just remember to have fun trying and not to let it get stressfull and you should be fine! lots of luck, kids are great I have 3!
