I've heard the position Missionary works when you're trying to conceieve a baby
Does it work? and whats the percentage?//For people who dont know what it is its when the women is on the bottom and a pillow under the womens hips for the sperm to go to the cervix

No certain position is proven to add to the posibility of conception. There are a lot of myths out there about it, but none are proven to be true. If you want more info, I would suggest googling fertility.
