Just uninstall the program, if it is not in use. It may even speed up the computer. If it is a necessary process then be careful not to touch it. Set a restore point in windows using the start-all programs-accessories-system tools-system restore and follow the prompts reading carefully to set up a restore point so that you may undelete any changes to your pc. If this is not allowing you to delete the program from the control panel's add/remove programs feature then download hijackthis from www.merijn.org and send me a log file of your system to check for possible browser hijacks or trojan downloaders.
