Missing mouse

Asked by mikebut over 3 years ago, 2 answers.

For months I have been having a problem. Sometime after I log on my mouse freezes and can not be activated.
If I can get to the Desktop screen I can right click and get a dropdown menu with an option called NVKeystone, I enter this and get another...

dropdown with the option Activate. Clicking on this activates a new mouse cursor which is usable. ( The frozen cursor is still there until restart). I have checked for any security breaches, there are none, any ideas?
