Missed my depo jag?

forgot to make an appointment to get my depo jag, it was due about 3 weeks ago.
When can I make an appointment to get it again?

depo is my only choice.
I can't get the pill as my mum had breast cancer and the mini pill I just bleed for weeks on.
Rod is a no no as I'm scared of needles and operations.
Can't get a coil or a diophram as I'm scared of letting people (except my boyfriend) my bits. Hence why I've never had a smear.
So yeah I use my depo and condoms.

Isn't depo an injection? I thought you said you were scared of needles?

Anyways... I can't stress enough the importance of you getting a yearly pap smear and breast exam. It's the best preventative measure against diseases (especially cancer!)

I'm ok with getting the depo, cause it's in my bum and I can't see whats going on.
I just get my depo jag at the doctors.
And I'm still undecided about wether to go for a smear or not
