OK, seriously, I really need some closure with this. Do cameras really add 10lbs or alter your looks in any way. Is it true that some people just naturally look good on camera? Also, are mirrors accurtate and do they alter your looks in any way. Do mirrors and cameras generally make you look better or worse? Thaxx!

With cameras you loose the 3 dimentional effect, so yes you will look larger than in real life. With mirrors I think it is a question of lighting. For both, it depends on how you present yourself. Certainly if you wear the right color(on and around you), make up done for video, the right lighting ect... then it will effect how you look. And mirrors DO alter the way you look - They make you backwards! Other than that they are pretty accurate.

It's all about your perception of yourself, which by the multiple questions about appearrances suggests, is negative. Learn to love yourself!
