Well, milk is white, so I'm thinking he's talking about sperm... cocoa puffs... I'm not sure..

I like yesenny's answer. that songs so old but I got it in my head the other day and I couldnt think of what it could mean and I started asking everybody they're like I don't know either. frikin google didnt have ONE answer. like wtf milk on my coco puffs. lol oh and to the first comment. wtf do you think I am? 5? they dont teach waht milk and coco puffs mean in sex ed
