My ex and his friend

mii ex wants back wit me and I did at first but I didnt rite away because he hurt me really bad and because mii friends hate him but hes been doing a lot better see he didnt talk to me when we went out 4 three months but hes made a lot of effort to impress me I keep giving him excuses so he dont ask me out and aalong the way of this I fell for his best friend and I like him even more than mii ex wt do I do?

you cant go out with a guy you dont realy like. and if his friend now likes you even though your ex still likes you too, they wont be friends much longer.
