I get these too. About every other month on the onset of just waking up in the morning. They somtimes get so bad that I cant eat or talk every thing even light hurts my head. I get sick to my stomach and I cant even get out of bed. I would go see a doctor if you get these more than 2 a month. Mine are caused by unknowing stress. The only thing that takes them a way is 2 exedrine and a hot shower and I have to lay down for about 1 hour in a quiet dark room then it goes away like nothing ever happend.

Poor eating habits and dehydration can be a big cause of migraines.

I have regular migraines about once a month to where I cannot think and just lie around and whine about it. I finally got some medicine fiorinal that actually helps, so you might want to see a doctor about it and see if it will get helpful for you wink

You can try tracking your migraines. Every time you get one write down what you were doing, what you were eating, etc I did that and found out what my triggers are and now I avoid them. I was having migraines at least once a week until then. Now I only have them every couple of months.
