He is not into you, he is into your best friend. End of story, right? If your friend isn't into him back, you can ask her if it's cool if you pursue him. Then if she says yes, then one day, maybe go up to him and say, When are you going to start barking up the wrong tree and go out with me?

See if he goes for it. But if your friend likes him back, then there is nothing that you can do. It's okay to feel bad and unfomfortable sometimes. You'll muddle through it. You'll be fine. You'll get over it.
