Mid cycle spotting

I have a very regular 26 day cycle and I never spot in the middle of my cycle. My last period was a bit weird but I didn't give it much thought till now, the first 3 days of my last period was spotting (brown to almost black in color) then on the 4th day I had some cramps and a regular flow. Any ideas on what this may be?

That happened to me to and I was so worried, turns out stress does that. I went to the doctor and I had a bladder infection, but he said stress can completely mess up your periods. I'd go to the doctor anyways just to be on the safe side.
(the blackish colour is just old blood, I got that also)

I had the same thing. I havent had my period yet and I'm really worried I'm pregnant. You should go to the doctor and get it checked out.
