Okay... So I keep seeing and hearing that Michael Jackson's doctor injected him with something to make him go into a deep coma, and make doctors think he was dead, and that the autopsy was faked, because Michael didn't want to do the 50 concerts. Is this...

for real? If so, it's totally messed up. I'm just totally confused about that whole thing. I mean like, if this is true then he gained a ton more popularity; not that he didn't have millions of fans anyway but yea. Can someone please clear me up on this? I'm kind of sad again now.
