How do I care for sprouting meyer lemon trees?

My name is Kellie, and for the sake of adventure, I planted 8 meyer lemon seeds. To my surprise, 5 germinated. When do I take the lid off and put it in the sunlight, and how old should the baby plant be to transfer it into it's own pot?
