Does hearing a song by Metallica calm you down when you are mad or angry???
Hearing a song by Metallica when I am very angry always calms me down. Sometimes I think that is strange but I think it is the guitar that has the mellow effect on me!!!

It makes me sooo angry I hate their music!!! my ex boyfriend loved them... so I guess my anger towards him shows when I listen to their music which I never do but my dad likes them so when he plays it I go CRAZY!!!
