Depends on what metal you listen to. I love nu metal and math metal, but I hate thrash, or anything with a death growl. Sure, it's fun to get hammered and bang your head to it, but then again, I like brain cells :P

I have been a metal head for over 25 years now- death metal, thrash, black metal, industrial,- I love it all- if it is heavy and fast I love it.
it is nice to see the next generation carrying the torch- keep it up.
