You've given us two examples of things going wrong? I broke my arm when I was 5... uhm stuff happens? to pretty much everyone in the world... people are starving, parents physically and sexually abuse their kids, women are killed for falling in love, uhm no you're not unique...
but yeah you're allowed to be depressed, that is an illness you cant control...
point is, your problems arent unique, but depression doesnt need a reason, it's an illness like any other illness.

Hun, there are people worse off than you. You are not messed up. Someone who was in my situation about 2/3 years ago is:
No roof over their head
No food
No water to either drink or wash
No money
On the streets
No friends
Drugs
Alcohol
Prositution
Abuse

They are just a FEW of things that could mess up someone's life. You live in a house or similar, you have family and friends. Perhaps you are just clumsy? I have broken my nose, toe, arm, leg, ribs and jaw before - but I aint messed up now.

Depression is no reason to feel it if you keep getting hurt accidently. I have been through it and it makes you feel even more messed up. Another thing is that you cannot bring depression on when you feel like it.

Why not take up a hobby, something active like kickboxing? This will improve your clumsiness and will make you pre occupied, make new friends and have a new found love for an activity. It doesn't have to be kickboxing, it could be swimming or badminton or go karting etc.

You are still young, look through life for new things and your life will get better. You got a long way to go through. You will find someone to share your life and worries with, someone to concieve your own child with. To take a personal responsibility of your own flesh and blood. To get a job and stand on your own two feet and show the world that you are independent and earning!
