Does anybody know why my messages keep disapering in my inbox?

The only reason that happens is if the user account in question gets deleted.

oh... im still here thou, I mean like I got a message and then I replied to it and then it just disappears?

the dude means if the person who sent you the messages' account got deleted. not your account.

yes, sorry if that wasn't crystal clear

Say "jack" sends you fun mail. Jack then breaks the rules in an egregious fashion. Jack gets nuked for being a naughty boy.

Then, the fun mail in YOUR inbox from jack that he sent you asking what's up this weekend...goes away, along with everything jack did on the site.

Hopefully that's clear enough...I had to whack a few out of line members this evening (same guy, 2x already in the last 15 minutes).

If he's your buddy, then he just needs to follow the rules...if not, then no worries, as you didn't know him.
