Mental breakdown!!

Asked by mathhelp108 19 days ago, 3 answers.

Is it possible for me to get out of doing my how with a doctors note explaining I couldnt do homework because I was dangerously close to a mental breakdown? Could that actually work? Any teacher opinions?
Thanks,

Saying it like that isn't realistic. Your teachers would laugh at you- like it's a joke- unless you truly looked bad.
You know this guy in my gym class tried to get out of running around the track 2 times. He said him and Chuck Norris got in a fight and Chuck Norris sprained his ankle. It was funny :D
So if you say 'mental breakdown' that will definitely seem like a joke. If you are on the verge of crying, look pale-skinned, lethargic/depress, or just plain messed up then they will believe you happy

Uhm right. Speaking from the other end of it, if you say you almost had a mental break down, then they send you to the counselor's office. We can stop B.S. a mile away. And if we think it's something serious (I.e. you're a really good actor), guess what we do... we send you to the psych ward for a mandatory 3 day stay while they keep an eye on you... suck it up and do your homework!
