Hot bath/shower should stop the cramps immediately
Ofcourse this only lasts while you're in the water, but take 4 showers a day and you're good (ok impractical, but who cares, it works!)
Also take pain medication before the cramps, premptive strikes always work!
I think I'm just being a wuss. those thermacare pads are SO cool though...
omg I have never found relief for cramps until I started taking birth control. But what worked for me at the time was ibuprofen, but you have to take it consistently throughout the day. Yes and hot showers are amazing
u can get a water bottle, put hot water in it and hold it where the pain is (or just use your heat pad!), also take some kind of pain reliever...
a good way that worked for me was drinking tea...any kind of tea
take some cramp pills and go take a nap... I do that when I have cramps and when I wake up the cramps and such are gone. but I'm pretty 'lucky' with mine I guess *it's not too painful or heavy*.
or just sit/lay around in something comfortable and take it easy

Any tricks to help ease period cramps?
Send me Fun Mail
So I have just discovered the wonderful-ness of those portable heat pads that last 8 hours. My sister said that I'm behind the times. Are there any other cool tricks besides heat and Aleve?
