Go to Sally's Beauty Supply and pick up a tube of CLAIROL PROFESSIONAL.. I use it on my hair. Make sure you get a neutral base, not a gold... to make sure your hair is not brassy. I do my own hair, I never went to school for it, but my friend did and she sort of taught me. I have top blonde and bottom half dark brown, and I do it on my own. Use a 40 developer to mix with the color. Use a brush and bowl, if you prefer, you can use a bottle!
Call the stylist who did your hair last and tell her your dilemma. She can give you recommendations on what products she used and what products you can use.
I don't recommend asking the people at your local beauty supply. I shop in Sally's regularly and often hear them giving wrong advice to the customers for a problem. They are not stylists and have zero training. All they really know is what product is used for what.
If you spent a year getting out brunette, I wouldn't advice that you go back to it. It will be way harder to get it out next time.
So like I said, get with your stylist and tell her the issue. She can help you. Just make sure to tip her well
.
i say you get alighter color of the same thing, if its strawberry blonde, then i recomend a platinum blonde, Bleech your hair itl all go one color if u like it that color leave it if u want something else color on top of that and itl make it even the stuff brings all the color out and makes your hair all one color
if u go brunette it wont solve much, youl still see where your roots grew out itl be more brassier brown at the top than the bottom.. hope i helped hun
I know exactly what you are going through. I would go to the drugstore and get the color that you have been using and if you get a yellowish, or brassy color, you can always go to Sally's Beauty Supply and get a toner. Also, there is a shampoo you can use that will tone down the brassiness and it really works. I can not remember the name, but ask the sales person, she will help you. The shampoo is purple, and I know from experience that it really works.
actully I want to two colour full colour and then hightlighter how can I do?

How can i touch up my dyed blonde hair at home?
I used to have a great job where I could afford to go to the salon and have regular maintanence. Now I am only working part-time and I can no longer afford going. Big problem , I spent well over a year transforming my Hair from a medium brunette to a...
bright golden ashy blond ,A full set of highlights every 10 weeks and a toner every five. Well about a month ago I bought the clairol root touch up in like a blond ash color, it turned out good, not the color on the box , but a soft strawberry blond. Should I just dye my hair back to brown ? Or buy the same stuff and leave it on longer for a brighter blond root, is that possible,or will it just turn even brassier? My highlights are dull, I just want blond roots help!!!
