Mean girls at school

So there are girls @ my school I just moved to. I have a new best friend named Sarah and her Ex Best friend hates me and spreads rumors about me... So how do I make it stop? Because Her Ex Friend makes everyone judge me before they know me and I go to a small school so she turned like so many people against me. What do I do? I am a nice person and im never mean so I dont get why girls are so fake and mean. Help.

thats girls for you. you have to talk to other people when they get to no you they will come to there own conclusions and if they judge you before nowin you do you really want to be friends with them.
