Me my best freind...(whos a girl) wanted 2 have a sleepover but my mum dad think we want 2 have sex ...and we really dont..(she has a boy freind)

How do I convince them that were not going to have sex ...

just outright tell them, that nothing is going to happen between you two. im pretty sure best friends have sleepovers all the time, me and my dyke friend did and her rents didnt care, but thats cause they knew I was straight and nothing would happen. so just tell them that they are just being overreactive and its just a normal teenage thing.

Think - girl sleeping with boy = opposite sex - temptation great - contact not possible, but probable - girl has boyfriend = Cheating.- Think !

I let the girls sleep in the spare room downstairs and give the boys the big room upstairs. That way they get a lot of fun watching movies together until late etc, but there's no bother about having to share a room. Last time we did a big breakfast before they all had to go home, and it all seemed popular - no one seemed to care that they'd had to sleep in different rooms. Could you try that?
