How can we sneak out of the house?

how do you sneak out at night wihtout getting caught by the cops. cause their are these hott guys on our street and they want us to come over every wednesday at 3 cause their parents arent home. we are only 13 so if we get aught we'd be in big trouble and we have to cross a very busy street to get there. also, do oyu have to be 18 to buy birth control.

When they are done with you, your never going to hear from them again! Doing what a boy wants you to do, will NOT get them to like you, they wont have any respect for you either! If you cant see these boys at a decent time without having to sneak out.....your just asking for trouble!
